The ₹5 is a digital platform fee, not a consultation charge. It's valid all day so even if you visit two doctors, you pay ₹5 once. It covers real-time infrastructure costs.
Yes. The Free plan (2 locations, unlimited tokens) is free forever. The Pro plan at ₹499/month adds advanced features like analytics and session scheduling.
You get 2 recovery chances. Being marked absent moves your token 4 spots forward — not to the end. After 2 absences the token expires and you re-book at the end of the queue.
Yes. Add family profiles (Parent, Child, Spouse) under your account. The doctor sees the correct patient's name, age, and gender. Family profiles are available on the Pro doctor plan.
TrackMyTurn is built under India's DPDP Act 2023. Your data is shared only with the treating doctor. You can erase all your data instantly with one button anytime.
